By attending this event you grant permission to Catholic Engaged Encounter, Inc. and its subsidiaries the right to use any photographs and video clips containing your image for internal and external use in advertising, promotional and marketing purposes (e.g. ads, brochures, booth graphics, videos etc.) and for subsidiary use, future revisions and future editions of the same. You also waive any right to inspect or approve final use of such photographs or video clips and waive any right to file any legal actions, including libel or invasion of privacy, based on any use of the photographs or video clips. Please notify the local presenting team if you want to be excluded from any image captured in public areas.
